This happened to me on a new laptop on Monday night and when I tried again Tuesday.' Chrome failed' and '0x80070057' error code.I ended up using an OLD all user offline installer for v20 (which worked) and then updated Chrome to v21 just to get by in the meantime.I do see though that yeah the download appears to be down today so hopefully they're fixing this.
I wish the regular installer just installed for all users anyway, or that they'd at least put a link to the all user installer on the main page instead of having to dig around for it.
