And yes, that machine needs to have an enabled network card, that needs to be there when you use EZD2.
It does not require a cable and does not require to be connected (I think), but they use the 'id' of your network card in the authorization, so it needs to be there.For the more technical people: If they use the mac address of 'a' network card, can't it be spoofed? And installing something like (for example) Virtualbox which installs a 'virtual' network card, doesn't that work?

So as long as I have a network card, I should be able to run the keygen after installation and generate the patch for ttauth after I input my computer ID, and the keygen will automatically generate the serial # and authorization code into a file (name.ttauth) that I save in the toontrack folder and I can recall that authorization when I open EZD 2.Sounds awesome!! I will probably try this on a computer without EZDrummer 1 installed to make sure it will not affect my current configuration.Thank you again for the assistance!!
